Born in Toronto, Canada, in 1944, he moved to Seattle in 1961 and attended Mercer Island High School. He lettered in baseball and golf, then majored in business and economics at the University of Washington, where he pitched a no-hitter for the freshman baseball team. After graduating, he served in the Army, then pursued a law career. He has been a sole practitioner since 1984 and has enjoyed serving his clients for over 50 years, cherishing every moment in the profession.

Carolina Harding
Firm Administrator
Carolina Harding was born in Santiago, Chile, and moved to Queens, New York with her family at the age of 15. During her high school years, she embraced the challenge of learning English and quickly adapted to her new environment. Motivated by a deep commitment to supporting underserved communities, Carolina pursued a career in the legal field, where she has dedicated the past 15 years of her life. Outside of her professional endeavors, Carolina enjoys reading, playing the drums, attending concerts with her husband and spending time with her family.

Marissa Morton-Kilgore

Marissa was born and raised in Western Washington. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound, where she studied Politics & Government. In 2010, Marissa moved to South America where she learned to speak, read, and write in Spanish. Marissa has always been concerned with legal studies and seeking justice for those who have been wronged. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and their dogs.

Diana Padilla

Diana was born in California and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She started out working in the legal field as a receptionist at a personal injury law firm 13 years ago. With hard work and her constant curiosity, she advanced to helping clients navigate their auto claims. She moved her way up quickly to becoming a Paralegal where she loves working one on one with clients assisting in liability, property damage and medical treatment. She’s a wife and mother of 2 beautiful kids. On her off time, she likes spending time at family gatherings and the great outdoors.

Gigi Beachler

Gigi was born in California and spent part of her childhood in The Bronx, NY. In 2018, she was involved in a car accident that inspired her to advocate for others and become a personal injury paralegal. She is passionate about guiding her clients and goes above and beyond to assist them. In her spare time, Gigi teaches yoga and enjoys reading and spending time with her four children.

Kyersten Hunt

Kyersten was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She attended Central Washington University studying Law and Justice. She started her legal career in college as a legal assistant and quickly became a paralegal. She has worked in many different areas of law however has loved to assist clients with their personal injury matters. In her spare time, Kyersten enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, fitness, and cooking.

Karen Davila

Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Karen is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology in 2019 and a Master’s in Business Administration in 2021. Karen’s passion for personal injury law began in 2020 when she worked as a receptionist at a personal injury law firm. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in the field, where she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the challenges of traumatic events and secure the compensation they deserve. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking her dog on walks.

Caylie Adams
Medical Records and Demand Specialist
Born in Kentucky, Caylie is a first-generation professional dedicated to advocating for clients with determination and compassion. Her passion for helping the injured began as a child after witnessing her mother become paralyzed in a DUI accident. In her early 20s, Caylie studied Healthcare Administration and earned her CCMA in Nashville, TN, before transitioning to the legal field in 2024. At WA Auto Law, her empathy and understanding make her a natural advocate for the injured. Outside of work, Caylie enjoys trying new recipes, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with her family and pets, while bringing confidence and passion to her role every day.

Judith Angel

Born and raised in Washington, Judith discovered her love for the legal field while working at a personal injury law firm. She loves provide guidance and assistance to her community, especially those who’ve been involved and injured in a car accident. Outside of work she loves music, baking and spending quality time with her son and husband.

Ashley Amezcua
Case Manager
Ashley Amezcua is a dedicated bilingual professional with a diverse background spanning translation, childcare, and personal injury law. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Ashley relocated to the Pacific Northwest at the age of three, embracing her multicultural roots and commitment to community service.
Her experience as a translator in immigration showcases her passion for assisting and advocating for the community she grew up in. Seven years in childcare fostered patience, perseverance, and strong interpersonal skills, which she continues to apply in her professional endeavors.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Ashley has spent the past four years specializing in personal injury law, where she strives to provide empathetic and effective support to her clients. Outside of her career, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, golfing, and attending concerts, reflecting her vibrant and active lifestyle. Ashley is committed to making a positive impact both professionally and within her community.

Letícia De Oliveira Fonseca

Self-taught polyglot with a degree in Acting and Theater Teaching, Letícia began working as a bilingual receptionist before transitioning to a Legal Assistant role at a personal injury law firm in 2024. A Brazilian multi-artist, she speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and German. In March 2025, she joined our team as a Legal Assistant, driven by her passion for helping clients get the assistance they need. Patient, resilient, and detail-oriented, she possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills and is always ready to contribute to the team’s growth.

Born and raised in Honduras, Ana has always strived to stand up for what she believes is right, an inner drive that led her to pursue a career in the legal field. She has a background in legal studies with a focus on civil and family law. At the firm, Ana supports the personal injury team through legal research, case management, and client communication. Fluent in Spanish, she is dedicated to helping our Spanish-speaking clients navigate the legal process with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Loren joined the team as a Legal Assistant with a heartfelt desire to help clients navigate their legal needs with clarity and care. With a Law degree and experience in civil litigation, credit recovery, and administrative law, she is dedicated to providing reliable support, whether drafting legal documents or working closely with colleagues. Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Loren takes pride in contributing to meaningful outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring creative ways to make everyday life a little more inspiring.

Irina Vasquez

Irina was born and raised in Peru, where she earned her law degree and gained experience in both legal and healthcare environments. While she values everything those roles have taught her, what matters most to her is helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. She believes small acts of kindness can create real change. One of her most meaningful experiences was volunteering with children on the autism spectrum. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, doing word searches, planning future adventures, and spending time with her family, including her cat Tomillo, and her two dogs, Osito and Luna.

Gabriel is one of our bilingual team members, fluent in both Spanish and English. He earned both his undergraduate and graduate business degrees from the University of Washington. With a strong background in market research and partner relations, Gabriel brings a strategic edge to client service and business development. He plays a key role in aligning client services with strategic sales initiatives and is instrumental in guiding clients through every step of their journey.

Jacqueline is a Northwest native, raised in Black Diamond WA. She attended University of Washington studying Political Science and Communication as well as the School of Visual Concepts in Seattle. Jacqueline works on law firm strategic communication, branding, design, and marketing. She enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, yoga and gardening in her free time.
